Is your Slow Mo Co Neck Pillow constantly on heat repeat? You might need to replace your inner. This is the 100% cotton inner ONLY. Choose whether you would prefer it filled with scented (lavender, chamomile linseed) or unscented (linseed only).

Heat pack safety recommendations are that you should replace your inner if you:

• Smell burning
• Notice any dark spots
• Don't feel it's staying as hot as it used to

After time, the linseeds can become dehydrated which is why these things can occur.
