Relaxation will never be the same

With little time to relax, with a new child and chronic pain, I need deep relaxation.
The trio of the scented neck warmer, scented large heat bag and scented eye mask puts me in a deep relaxation and calms my nervous system quickly, lovely and deeply. Have I said deeply? It's like a warm quiet calm slumber.
I am so grateful that these exist. I honestly don't know how I relaxed before this.
